  • A Proforma Invoice will be issued after confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

  • Accepted methods: Bank Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC), or other mutually agreed methods.
  • 100% advance payment is required before shipment.
  • All related bank charges are borne by the buyer.

3. Production Timeline

  • Timelines are shared at order confirmation and depend on product type and quantity.
  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

4. Packaging

  • All items are securely packed with export-grade materials.
  • Custom packaging is available upon request (additional costs may apply).

5. Shipping Methods

  • Air Freight: Fast delivery for smaller shipments.
  • Sea Freight: Cost-effective option for bulk orders.
  • Buyers must confirm their preferred shipping method during order placement.

6. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

  • FOB (Free on Board): We cover costs until goods reach the departure port.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover shipping and insurance up to the destination port.
  • EXW (Ex-Works): Buyers collect goods directly from our facility.

7. Documentation
Each shipment includes:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
  • Certificate of Origin (if required)
  • Additional documents upon request

8. Insurance

  • Included under CIF terms.
  • For FOB and EXW, buyers arrange insurance independently.

9. Customs Clearance

  • Buyers handle customs duties, taxes, and clearance at the destination.
  • We provide necessary supporting documents.

10. Returns & Claims

  • Claims for damaged/defective goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof.
  • Returns are only accepted for verified manufacturing defects, subject to agreement.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations after production begins may incur fees.
